Generate a report
Updated September 4, 2026
Reports package field evidence for a client. Start from Documents on the web or in the app — not only from a project Generate report button.
On the web
In the sidebar, open Documents.
Select Create, then Create report. You can also filter Reports first.
Choose the Project — for example Subestação Centro — then select Continue. That opens the project report form (template, checklists, and photos).
On the project's report form, name the report and pick a Report template (official or team). Expand Checklist submissions, Project photos, and Fill report information to choose what goes in, then select Continue in Studio.
After you create the report, Studio opens for layout. Review the pages, then select Generate PDF. The file stays on Documents.
In the app — from +
On the Dashboard, tap +.
Tap Create report.
On New report, pick a template, then tap Next. Choose checklists and photos, then Create report.
In the app — from Documents
Open Documents, or a project's Documents. Tap Create document.
Tap Create report. The same New report steps follow.
Tips
- On the web, Documents → Create → Create report asks for a Project first. Continue opens that project's report form (template, checklists, photos), then Studio.
- Formal report (report service) walks through checklists and generates a PDF. Switch to simple service report is the one-page service form. Duplicate a report from Documents to resume that path.
- In the app, use + → Create report, or open Documents (including a project's Documents) → Create document → Create report. On New report, pick a template, then checklists and photos.
- Simple service PDFs can use the team default cover. See Set your team cover.
