Upload and manage media on a project

Every project, work order, asset, and measurement has a Media tab. On the web you upload files and manage what is attached. In the app you import from the gallery or copy existing shots from a project or work order. Photos captured in the app attach automatically when the device syncs.
On the web
Open a project, work order, asset, or measurement and go to Media. Select Upload (or drop files on the area).
Select Choose files, pick images or videos (up to 100 MB each), then Upload. Delete a tile with ×, or select several and use Delete (N).
In the app
Open the item and go to Media. Tap Add media.
Choose Add from gallery, Add from project, or Add from work order.
On Select media, tap the shots to include, then tap Add. Photos captured in the app also attach on the next sync.
Tips
- The web accepts images and videos only, up to 100 MB each.
- Select a tile to preview, download, or edit the Description and Location. Annotations from the app show but cannot be edited on the web.
- Deleting is permanent. Check before you confirm.
