Find and filter media in the library

The Media library on the web gathers every photo and video your team captured, across all projects — a fast way to find a shot without opening each job.

Open the library

Go to Media in the dashboard. Media is shown as a grid and, when you haven't set a date filter, grouped into Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, and Last 30 days.

Filter

Use the filters to narrow the grid:

• Added from and Added to — a date range.
• Uploaded by — a specific team member, or All members.
• Tag — one or more media tags; results match media with any of the selected tags.
• Linked to — the kind of item the media is attached to: Project, Work order, Asset, Measurement, or Report.
• Specific object — pick one project, work order, asset, and so on.

Preview a photo

Select a tile to open the preview. From there you can:

• Download the file.
• Open Details to read (and edit) the Description and Location, file name, and type.

Photo and video annotations show on the preview but are read-only on the web.

The global library is for browsing. To upload or delete media, use the Media tab on a project, work order, asset, or measurement — see Upload and manage media on a project.
