Find and filter media in the library

The Media library on the web and the Media hub in the app gather every photo and video your team captured, across all projects — a fast way to find a shot without opening each job.
On the web

In the sidebar, open Media. The library gathers every photo and video your team captured.

Use the filters: Added from / Added to, Uploaded by, Tag, Linked to, and Specific object. Without a date filter, the grid groups Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, and Last 30 days.
In the app

Open Media. Filter with All media / Photos / Videos, Date, and Filters (Uploaded by, Tag, Linked to). Search from the top bar.
Tips
- Filter by date, uploader, tag, and what the file is Linked to (Project, Work order, Asset, Measurement, or Report), then pick a Specific object.
- Tag filters match media with any of the selected tags.
- Photo and video annotations show on the preview but are read-only on the web.
- The global library is for browsing. To upload or delete, use the Media tab on a project, work order, asset, or measurement — see Upload and manage media on a project.
