Capture photos and videos on a job

Photos and videos are captured in the mobile app and attach to whatever you're working on, so nothing ends up loose in your phone gallery.

Capture media

1. Open the project, work order, or asset you're documenting (or start from the Dashboard).
2. Tap the camera button.

3. Toggle between Photo and Video.
4. Capture. You can take several in a row — up to 20 items in one session.

5. Review each shot, add an annotation or description if you want, then tap Done to save.

Where media attaches

• Start from a project, and media attaches to that project.
• Start from a work order, asset, or measurement, and it attaches there.

Media is saved on the device right away and uploads to the cloud on the next sync, so capture works offline.

Measurements have a short window: media can only be added to a measurement for about 30 minutes after it's created.
