Fill a checklist in the field

Filling happens in the app only. The web dashboard is where you build, assign, and review.
In the app

Open the project or work order, go to Checklists, and tap Fill (or Continue to resume a draft).

Answer each question in the sheet. Questions marked Photo required need an attachment.

Answers save as a draft on the device. Tap Submit checklist when you have a connection.
Tips
- Open the project or work order, go to Checklists, and tap Fill or Continue.
- Answers save as a draft on the device. Submit checklist needs a connection.
- Questions marked Photo required need an attachment before you can submit.
- The template must have synced to the device at least once while online.
- After submit, the assignment shows Completed and appears on the web for review.
