Attach photos, measurements, and assets to checklist answers

While filling a checklist in the app, most questions let you attach evidence so your answers hold up later. Some questions require it.

Attach to a question

1. On the question, tap the attach button to open Attach to this field.
2. Choose how to attach:
   • Photo or video from gallery — pick something you already captured.
   • Take photo — open the camera right there.
   • Link work order measurement — attach an existing measurement from the job.
   • Link work order asset — attach a piece of equipment from the job.
3. Add an optional note to give the answer context.

When a photo is required

Questions marked Photo required won't let you submit until you attach one. If you try, you'll see A photo is required for this question.

Working offline

Attachments save with your draft on the device, so you can gather evidence without signal. They upload with the rest of the checklist when you Submit checklist back online.
