Job sites don't always have signal, so the app keeps working offline and syncs when you're back online.

Open Dashboard (or another list screen).

Pull down from the top until the refresh indicator appears, then release. That push/pull syncs local changes and the cloud when you have a connection.
What works offline
- Capturing photos and videos.
- Recording measurements from a connected instrument.
- Filling checklists — your answers save as a draft on the device.
- Viewing data that already synced to your phone.
What needs a connection
- Submitting a checklist (drafts wait until you reconnect).
- Generating or sharing a PDF.
- Managing team members.
Tips
- Sync runs automatically when you reconnect. If you're offline, the update waits until you're back online.
- If you see Some of your local changes were removed because they could not be synced to the cloud., a change couldn't be saved to the server. Re-enter it while online.
- If photos or videos aren't showing up in the cloud, see Photos are not uploading.
