Fix Bluetooth connection problems

Connection problems are fixed in the Minipa Link app Link tab. The web dashboard cannot scan, pair, or reset a Bluetooth session.
Bluetooth is off
Fixes are in the Minipa Link app Link tab — the web dashboard cannot scan or pair instruments. If you see Bluetooth required, tap Enable Bluetooth (or Open Bluetooth settings).
Permissions
If you see Permissions required, the app cannot scan without Bluetooth and location. Tap Retry and allow both when the phone asks.
If you blocked permissions earlier, tap Open settings and enable Bluetooth and location for Minipa Link, then return to the Link tab.
Connection help
Still stuck? On the scan screen, tap Connection help for the in-app checklist: radio on, distance, power, permissions, and supported models.
Tips
- If the instrument drops, the app returns to Link. Scan again and tap the device.
- To switch instruments while one is connected, confirm Disconnect current device first.
- A device marked Not recognized will not stream readings.
- Start from Pair a Minipa instrument via Bluetooth if you have not connected yet.
