Add report components with Linky

Report components are the blocks on the page. In the app, Linky adds them in chat on a draft card — not with a Studio toolbar.
In the app
In Talk to Linky, ask for a report or template. Linky shows a draft card in the chat.
Ask in the chat to add text, a field group, a table, a checklist, media, a signature, or a page break. Only removals ask you to Approve remove or Reject — those labels stay in English.
When the draft looks right, tap Create report. Template drafts use Save template — both labels stay in English in the app.
On the web
On the web, add blocks yourself with Insert block in Studio. There is no Ask Linky on the report editor.
What Linky can add
Ask for text, a field group, a table, a checklist, media, a signature, or a page break. Adds land on the draft. Only removals ask you to Approve remove or Reject — those labels stay in English.
When the draft looks right, tap Create report (a document on the project) or Save template (a reusable team template). Those two buttons stay in English in the app.
In Studio
There is no Ask Linky on Report Studio. Open the document and use Insert block yourself, then Generate PDF. For a template from a past PDF, use Bring over your work style.
