Manage Linky memories

Linky memories are team-level notes Linky uses across chats — preferred covers, how you name jobs, or other lasting preferences. They are not a private chat history.
On the web
On the team hub, open Linky memories (Manage memories).
Review each Memory. Select Forget to archive one. Only owners and admins can manage memories.
In the app
In Talk to Linky, tap History, then Memories.
On Saved memories, tap Forget on a memory you no longer want Linky to use.
Where they come from
In the checklist builder, Linky may ask Remember for later? Select Confirm to keep the preference across chats, or Cancel to discard it.
In the app chat, Linky may ask Remember this? Tap Approve or Reject.
Review and forget
Owners and admins manage team memories on the web. In the app, anyone can Forget a memory they saved.
- On the web, open the team hub → Linky memories (Manage memories). Select Forget on a memory you no longer want Linky to use. That archives it.
- In the app, open Talk to Linky, tap History, then Memories. On Saved memories, tap Forget.
