Your profile is how you appear on activity, reports, and the team list. Email changes go through your sign-in provider, not this page.
On the web

Open the user menu → Account. Under Profile, edit First name and Last name. Email is shown but not edited here.

Under Profile photo, select Upload photo (or Change photo / Remove photo).
In the app

Open the account menu (avatar and menu on Dashboard). Tap the camera on your avatar to upload, change, or remove your photo. Your name is edited on the web under Account.
Tips
- Photo accepts JPEG, PNG, or WEBP.
- In the app you can only change the photo; name edits happen on the web.
