Check your storage usage

Your plan includes cloud storage for photos, videos, and report files. Here's how to see how much you've used.
Open Storage
In the sidebar, open Team, then choose Storage. The page shows your total media size against your plan's cap, with a progress bar.
See what's using space
The By linked entity table breaks usage down by what files are attached to — Measurement, Report, Asset, Project, Work order, or a team Report cover — with the file count and size for each.
When storage is full
If your team hits its limit, uploads and report PDFs are blocked until you free space or upgrade. Delete media you no longer need, or update your plan.
