From paper or PDF to a team template

You already have the checklist. You already have last month's report. The slowest way to start Minipa Link is to retype both.
Two paths. Ask Linky in the checklist builder: attach the PDF or the photo, Linky rebuilds the questions on the draft you have open. Work style (Admin → Work style) is the web upload for a checklist, a past report, or a quote — review, then accept.

Start from what you already use
Work style is web-only: Admin → Work style. The app can open that page; you finish the upload on the web.
Pick a bucket:
- Checklists — blank sheets or photos of paper lists.
- Report templates — a past report.
- Quote templates — a past quote.
Select Choose file. Status goes Working, then Ready. Open Review. Check the extracted structure. Accept creates the template; Discard throws it away. After Accept, Open editor to finish labels, required photos, and who can publish.
Linky recreates structure. A person still accepts.
Or attach a file while you build
In the web checklist builder, Ask Linky can Attach file — up to 3 images, PDFs, or CSVs per message. Use that when you are already editing a draft and want questions added from a page you have open. That is not Work style; it edits the list in front of you. Removals still ask you to Approve or Reject. Linky does not publish for you.
A first week that does not stall
- Import one checklist you already run — or a past report via Work style if that is the paper you have.
- Review and accept. Require a photo on the two steps that actually matter.
- Publish to the team.
- Create a project, assign a work order, run it once.
- Export the report from what was captured.
If the team is out of AI credits for the period, upload stays blocked until the next period or a plan change. Document Studio needs a paid plan.
